Started on 1985 in Bangaldesh.

India,Pakistan,Srilanka,Bhutan,Bangladesh,Maldives,Nepal,Afganistan.
Afganistan joined the SAARC from 2007 onwards.
6th Anniversary of 26/11 Mumbai terrorist attack.
166 people killed by 10 terrorist,in which 9 killed on the same day by Indian courageous army and 1 Kasab caught and given death sentence on 2014.
